We've picked the menu, tentatively:

Appetizers:
Spanikopita
Stuffed Mushrooms
Coconut Shrimp
Italian Meatballs
Veggie Crudites (stationary)

Garden Salad
Minestrone
Chicken Piccata
(vegetarian option: pasta primavera)
Asparagus Spears
Roasted Potatoes

...and wedding cake.

Greek Packing List

Weather.com
says that the average temperature in Greece in May-June is 60-80 degrees, which sounds nice and mild, and the precipitation is light.

Found a good packing list here:
Weather .com's packing list

And here is my list so far:
My list

Really trying to cram it all into a carry-on and a big shoulder bag that I can pretend is a purse. Too many planes to want to bother with checking bags. If anyone has any advice, let me know.

Thank you Craig

I have gotten so much from Craigslist in my life, and the service is all free. I found a roommate and my current apartment (rent stabilized!) there, I have found furniture there, sold furniture, bought a sewing machine, a laptop, and found yard sales.

Now I'm planning my wedding there.

Two links a budget, long distance wedding planner needs to know about:

I found my photographer and my florist here, they are both excellent.
